Fahrenheit- A temperature scale with the ice point at 32° and the boiling point of water at 212°; conversion with the centigrade temperature scale(°C) is accomplished by the formula: °F = (9/5)°C + 32. Compare Celsius temperature scale.

Farad- A unit of measurement for electrical capacitance (a capacitor has a capacitance of one Farad when a potential difference of one volt will charge it with one Coulomb of electricity).

Foot- A non-SI unit of distance or length, measuring around a third of a meter (there are twelve inches in one foot and three feet in one yard).
